Great location, just steps from public transport and a short walk to key attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While the rooms are compact, they feature modern amenities like USB sockets and electric blinds. Breakfast was decent, though some items could have been warmer. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers.

The lovely staff were fantastic, taking special care of our needs with three kids in tow. The breakfast was a hit, especially the variety of pastries. We easily explored Milan, thanks to the prime location just a short walk from the metro and the Duomo.

Roxy offered a comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere. The location near Porta Venezia made it easy to explore the city. Although the tram noise was a bit bothersome, the modern decor and welcoming staff made up for it.

Loved exploring the San Siro Stadium easily via the metro. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was solid. The location’s just a short ride to major attractions, so you can't beat it.

One downside was the room’s heat. the A/C didn’t quite do the trick.

Roxy's lobby exudes a charming European vibe, and the small elevator might be tight, but it's easier to navigate than my knitting club's meetings! The recent modern upgrades were delightful and made everything accessible.

Breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. They offered a wide variety, and the staff prepared coffee and omelettes with care, gave the whole experience a personal touch.

I had a terrible experience with the heating system. It would only work intermittently, leaving me and my friends shivering. Additionally, the cleaners barged into the room even with the 'do not disturb' sign, which was incredibly frustrating. The food served was not fresh, and there was a constant issue with getting drinking water.
